Randy's RV Repair technicians diagnosed the issue with our Winnebago hydraulic system, talked with the manufacturer of the system, and within 24 hours had the entire system fixed and we were back on the road with a completely functional RV. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Randys Mobile is my #1 recommendation for an honest and reliable auto repair service. I have been using them for years and the service they give is amazing. One night I had a problem with my motorhome and called their emergency #. Randy answered it himself and was going out to a park with his kids, none the less he offered to turn around and come back to fix it. As I wasn't leaving untill the next day he got to play with his kids and I got my motorhome fixed the next morning. Service doesn't get any better than that!

Randy and his crew are just awesome, can't recommend enough! We came here because of the amazing reviews we found, and they completely did live up to those! Althouth we just randomly showed up with a German Ford Transit, with an engine that doesn't even exist in the US, and that wouldn't even talk to their diagnostic systems, they were eager to help us out. Not just did randy go above and beyond with calling some friends to get potential additional help, You could feel their passion and their true interest in seeing a new engine and model, and their interest to help us figure out what is going on. In the end they took a look on the engine and figured out and fixed an issue with a lose turbo. Randy also was very interested in sharing his knowledge and explained what they were checking and how the parts work together along the way. Now we are ready to continue our trip back to the east coast and Germany!

Went for a usual oil change and they still amazes me of how those guys go beyond out of their way to satisfy my needs. These types of customer service is hard to find but at Randy's Mobile that's all they know is how to please their customers.

I contacted Randy's Mobile with an odd request about needing tires that were at my house, swapped on a vehicle in storage. Randy didn't hesitate to accept the job and even suggested a day/time to accomplish this task. He was VERY communicative over text from that point forward. He completed the work on time, and on budget. Went above and beyond on delivering the swapped wheels to make sure they were placed in a safe & secure location. Very thoughtful. Will use his services again.

Talked to Chris and Randy about accidentally putting DEF in my fuel tank. They said bring it in immediately. I had it towed there. They cleaned my fuel lines and had my vehicle back to me in a few days and their price was extremely fair. I almost killed my truck and they are amazing. Thank you Randy's mobile auto repair crew !

They do excellent work. The problem is there is a 4 to 5 month wait list to bring in your rv. I would use them more if it was easier to get in. I would highly recommend them for mechanical work that you can't trust the corner mechanic to prefor.

I am not sure where to start with this. Randy has been servicing my food truck for the last 2 years or so. He has not only helped service and get the truck in great repair but helped fix other issues in the truck regarding air conditioning. Randy's team is awesome. They are super busy and keep you updated on the truck. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. Please take the time and call them to have your vehicle serviced.

I have been a customer here for several years. I have had servicing and repair work done on my cars and my RV. Every time I have found the staff to be responsive and very friendly as well as informative. Work has always been completed within the time promised. Randy has taken the time to explain any work needed and what is recommended for preventative maintenance. There has never been any hard sale on preventative maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend this repair facility to anyone.

Although Randy himself is not very easy on the eye’s, he sure does know his way around a vehicle. Having someone with the the knowledge, equipment, and support infrastructure almost makes up for the taste of bile from having to look at him. His crew I have the utmost respect for. The dark glasses during the morning meeting required to forecast they’re day is just for personal protection. Once they can get that morning view out of their mind, they really do get after it. Time management skills are honed to a sharp edge ( like that knife Hannibal used to disguise his face by looking like someone else), they stay on a task to completion or as far as they can. Then immediately switch tasks and move forward. They really try to protect the client by covering drivers compartment, unlike Randy’s inability to learn to walk backwards in public just to give folks a chance. In summary. I would recommend Randy’s mobile RV service for your mechanics needs. Just don’t FaceTime when scheduling. Update 3-17-20 This was absolutely a joke on my part. Randy is a friend and I also believe he is an absolute genius with his mechanical ability.

Randy's team checked the system and recommended a HVAC system cleaning, filter replacement, and freon re-charge. The A/C system is now working great. The service updates were very timely and the cost was greatly reduced from the Toyota estimate. Check out Randy's Mobile, you'll be happy you did.

Can't thank Randy and his company enough. We were passing through California when we hit some bumps in the road and our hanger snapped off of our frame. Tires were rubbing against eachother and we were stuck on the side of a busy road. We called Randy and he made us priority due to our situation. Randy went out of his way to get the appropriate tools and kept us up to date while we waited. When he showed up he was ready to get us back on the road safely. This was no small job, requiring a lot of welding, and we were able to travel several hundred miles, safely, to our final destination thanks to him. I will recommend Randy as someone who not only cares about the job he performs but cares about the safety of the people he is performing repairs for. He is both excellent and efficient at what he does and his prices are more than fair.... highly recommended!

The poor starting problem was identified and the starter was quickly replaced. All other checks were performed and passed. I will be returning with any future issues I have with my vehicle. Randy came highly recommended and deservedly so. He and his team did an excellent job prepping my travel trailer for a 3000 mile journey, and walked me all around pointing out what I needed to know to keep it in good condition. He even fashioned a "handle" of sorts to make the surge/parking break easier to engage on my T@B travel trailer. He kept in contact about everything from when I could expect the work to be done, to how long I'd have to wait for parts, what parts might cost, etc. One thing to know: he books up well in advance--often 2 months out, so don't wait til the last minute to schedule service. It's worth the wait since you'll get quality work done that you can trust (which is way better than breaking down and being stranded in the middle of nowhere).

There are not enough good things I would say about Randy, this may in fact sound a little foolish but Randy actually went a long way towards restoring my faith in people. I was in a nightmare situation, 900 miles from homes in a 10,000 pound motorhome with my 13 year old son and I broke down going through Concord. I was super stressed, camping out with homeless people in an old Kmart parking lot and I just wanted to get home. Randy turned what could have been a $2,000 event into a $100 creative solution to get us home safely so we could better deal with things once I had the money to address them (I'm on disability so money is always in short supply). I liked him and his shop enough that I would be tempted to drive there to have my work done even with it being 1,800 miles round trip! Randy, thank you, we made it home safely thanks to you, it was a huge weight lifted off my chest and I really appreciate the help you offered. Randy is a problem solver and I'm very impressed with him and the business he runs!

Randy's has been absolutely fantastic to me and everyone I've recommended to them. I showed up with a project truck I just bought on Craigslist. I wanted them to check it mechanically to make sure it would be safe to drive while I made it look nice. I've seen a lot of independent shops that would think the golden goose just walked in. Randy was straight up and clear with me about problems that my truck had. He recommended where I could save lots of time and money by combining several things at once and buying parts off craigslist. And the best part is he's always as excited about the truck as I am. He genuinely loves anything with wheels. If you've got a car or RV that you want someone knowledgeable to take a look at and give you the straight scoop then Randy's is the place for you. When they give you an estimate it's accurate. I've been thru a few now and they've always come in within the estimate or a little lower. I wish I'd known about Randy's before. Now all my wheeled things go to Randy's and I have him bookmarked on my phone so I can send him as directions and contact to anyone that is looking for a straight up honest mechanic.

Randys Mobile is my #1 recommendation for an honest and reliable auto repair service. I have been using them for years and the service they give is amazing. One night I had a problem with my motorhome and called their emergency #. Randy answered it himself and was going out to a park with his kids, none the less he offered to turn around and come back to fix it. As I wasn't leaving untill the next day he got to play with his kids and I got my motorhome fixed the next morning. Service doesn't get any better than that!
